For Charlotte Hildreth, real estate has always been about more than homes. It is about people, transitions, and finding the place where the next chapter of life feels right.
Charlotte began her career in the real estate industry in 2003 on the mortgage side of the business before transitioning into residential real estate. Today, she is a licensed real estate professional in both Georgia and California, specializing in Lake Oconee and the surrounding communities.
Her connection to Lake Oconee is personal.
After years of building a life, career, friendships, and community in California, Charlotte and her family made the decision to move across the country to Georgia. They found a homesite at Lake Oconee, built their home, and made the lake their new home. Starting over in a new community gave Charlotte firsthand experience with something many of her clients are navigating themselves: leaving behind the familiar and creating a life somewhere new.
Charlotte fell in love with the lifestyle at Lake Oconee: the beauty of the lake, the communities, golf, dining, recreation, and, most importantly, the connections that make a new place begin to feel like home.
Charlotte is a mom of three grown children, a grandmother, and an empty nester herself. Family is incredibly important to her. When she looks at a home, she doesn't just see bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. She thinks about everyone coming for Thanksgiving, where the grandkids will sleep, summer days on the lake, and creating the kind of home your children actually want to come back to.

Her faith, family, friendships, and community have become some of the most meaningful parts of her life at Lake Oconee. She understands that choosing where to live during your next chapter is about much more than the house itself.
